Questions
- How does per-seat billing work?
- A seat is one active member of your workspace. You are billed monthly or yearly for the seats in use, and the seat count updates as you invite or remove people.
- Can I start without paying?
- Yes. Every new workspace starts on Free with up to 5 seats and no card. Upgrade from Settings when you outgrow it.
- Is my organisation's data isolated from other tenants?
- Yes. Each organisation is its own workspace, isolated at the database level with row-level security scoped to your organisation id.
- What does the AI actually do?
- It drafts, summarises and proposes. It never makes an employment decision on its own: a named human approves every action, and every interaction is logged for EU AI Act evidence.
